TYLER GINGRAS
Tyler Gingras trained under world-renowned "Rolfer" and instructor Emmett Hutchins. Over the past five years he has been working primarily with professional athletes supporting their need for injury prevention and rehabilitation. He has successfully treated in a variety of settings, from traveling with clients to maintaining a busy practice in Vancouver BC.
Tyler has been working privately in America with NHL (National Hockey League) players from many different teams within the league. He has been responsible for the treatment of sports injuries ranging from minor strains to major surgeries, specializing in treating clients in order to help them regain, achieve and maintain enhanced physical performance.
Tyler is passionate about applying his knowledge and experience in connective tissue manipulation. He enjoys collaborating with clients to align the body, relieve pain, and increase flexibility. Tyler releases restrictive fascia and scar tissue, allowing the body to return to a structurally optimal position.
Tyler welcomes clients from all backgrounds. Whether you wish to improve your posture, alleviate pain, or to treat new and/ or old injuries. He also offers Rolfing as an amazing adjunct therapy to those with a yoga, pilates, or physical exercise program, to assist in keeping the body in a natural and healthy alignment.
